The Wood Fiery Redhead was born in 2017 when Warwick Muir recognised a need for quality, slow cooked barbecue in the Southern Hemisphere. So, with his fiery redheaded willingness, he set out to provide Hobart with the best damn slow cook, mouth-melting meat out of a food truck.
